Contact the IATI Helpdesk if you have questions about using and publishing IATI data, or other technical enquiries. You can use the Contact Support form or e-mail us at [email protected].

Your support request will be assigned to a member of staff in IATI's Secretariat and you should receive an initial response within 72 hours (excluding weekends). Normal support hours are 09:00 to 17:00 (UK time) Monday to Friday.
