default-finance-type

Definition

The type of finance (e.g. debt relief). The types will be defined by IATI. This the default value for all transactions in the activity report; it can be overridden by individual transactions.

Attributes

Machine readable code for the entity being described. The value should be available on a related codelist.

This value must be of type xsd:string.

This value must be on the FinanceType codelist.

@xml:lang

ISO 2 letter code specifying the language of text in this element.

This value should be on the Language codelist.

Example default-finance-type declaring the FinanceType code 110 (Aid grant excluding debt reorganisation):
