Organisation Name
Definitions
This is the human-readable name of the organisation. It may be repeated in different languages for reporting organisations with multilingual requirements.

Usage & Compliance
The element is not mandatory, but is recommended.
For each instance of the element:
- If the default-language has not been specified in the Record Header, language is mandatory.
- If language is present it must be a valid code from the codelist.
- The name-text is mandatory.
